ESSENCE BRUT

Origin and Production

A Brut Millesimato made of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir, both vinified in white. It spends at least 36 months on the lees (sometimes over 42 months), followed by an additional 5–6 months resting in bottle after disgorgement 

Appearance and Taste

Pale straw-yellow with golden highlights, featuring very fine and persistent bubbles and a creamy mousse. The nose offers aromas of ripe fruit, pan brioche, toasted almond, field flowers, apple, chamomile, and hints of sea salt. On the palate, it's round, harmonious, fragrant, elegant, fresh, with good persistence and a balsamic finish 

Style and Pairings

Refined and versatile, excellent as an aperitif, yet perfect throughout a meal. Great pairing with appetizers, savory fish dishes, cured meats, and cheeses
