ESSENCE ROSE

Origin and Production

 A balanced blend of Pinot Noir (partially vinified as rosé, partially in white) and Chardonnay, using the first press with a yield of about 45%. It spends at least 36–42 months aging on the lees, followed by additional in-bottle rest after disgorgement. 

Appearance and Taste

Pale pink hue with salmon or golden reflections. Intense aromas of small red berries, undergrowth, and delicate spice. On the palate, it is fragrant, well-balanced, with good body and persistence, offering refined vinosity. Its mousse is fine and persistent, with a creamy foam. 

Style and Pairings

Sensual, elegant, and versatile – perfect throughout a meal, especially with flavorful dishes, sushi, hearty cold cuts, cheeses, or delicate shellfish. Its freshness and persistence enhance its adaptability.
