Made exclusively from 100% Chardonnay, this is a Satèn Franciacorta, meaning lower pressure (under 5 atmospheres) for a smoother, creamier texture. It ages for at least 30 months on the lees, plus extra time in bottle post-disgorgement.
Appearance and Taste
Bright straw-yellow with fine bubbles. The nose reveals citrus, tropical fruit, honey, and brioche. On the palate, it’s silky, elegant, well-balanced, with freshness and a long, hazelnut finish.
